You and your pet will find a cozy place to call home at The Ridges of Geneva East. You will also be able to take advantage of many of the great amenities within and around our community. The community features grassy areas for your furry friends to get out and run out some of that excess energy. Additionally, pet stores are located less than a mile away from our pet-friendly apartments in Lake Geneva.

Pet Policy:

  • $25 Pet Fee, per month, per pet
  • $300 Pet Deposit for either one or two pets

The following pet combinations are allowed:

  • 1 cat or 1 dog
  • 2 dogs or 2 cats
  • 1 cat and 1 dog

No more than two pets are allowed in an apartment.

Some breeds to be approved by management.
