Our community features 17-acres of grassy area for your furry friends to get out and run off some of that excess energy with you. Local County Parks are within close proximity for those pups wishing to socialize and stretch their legs a little further from home. Additionally, pet stores and vets are located less than two miles away from our community.

We hope after visiting Briarwick Apartments, both you and your furry friend will sit, stay, and lay down night after night at our pet-friendly apartments in Greenfield.

Pet Policy:

  • $25 Pet Fee, per month, per pet
  • $300 Pet Deposit for either one or two pets

The following pet combinations are allowed:

  • 1 cat or 1 dog
  • 2 dogs or 2 cats
  • 1 dog and 1 cat

No more than two pets are allowed in an apartment.   If you have 2 dogs their combined weight cannot be more than 60 pounds. 

Small to medium dogs (under 45 pounds full grown and less than 16 inches shoulder tall) - some breeds to be approved by management.
