Lease Terms
12 month lease (short term lease may be available - check with management). $100.00 application fee - $20.00 fee for credit check, $80.00 towards security deposit. $500.00 security deposit. $200.00 Pet deposit. Pet fee - $20.00 per month per pet. 1 cat or 1 dog, 2 cats or 1 cat and 1 dog. Small to medium dogs - some breeds to be approved by management.
