Maintenance Technician

Description
Person who is self-motivated, well organized and works well with others to perform routine maintenance and repair. This includes preventive maintenance in order to maintain the physical integrity of the community at all times. Basic skills to include carpentry, plumbing, mechanical and electrical. Duties to include but are not limited to handling resident service requests, ensuring that all make-ready repairs are completed, apartment record keeping and inventory management responsibilites. Previous experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and locksmithing is required. Must possess strong customer service and communication skills, the ability to complete multiple tasks with strong attention to detail. Must be available on an as-needed basis for after hours and on-call emergency service.
