Description
A position requiring a person who possesses strong self-motivational skills is required to maintain all of the administration aspects of the property alongside the property manager. Primary objectives are increasing the net operating income of the community through strong leasing skills, maintaining the physical aspect, providing for a quality living environment for residents and establishing a positive, productive working relationship with the staff. Must be able to perform multiple tasks, follow direction and coach property staff on common on-site tools and policies. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office products are also required.
