Description
A position requiring a highly motivated, affable leader possessing strong decision-making, organizational, problem-solving and supervisory skills as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize. Will be responsible for the operational and financial aspects of a property and meeting company goals in those areas by facilitating the optimum performance of the property. These areas include personnel management, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, revenue enhancement, capital improvements, information reporting and compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
Duties will include but are not limited to develop, plan and implement the budget, handle all late notices and evictions as required on delinquent rents, oversee customer service, resident relations, maintenance department practices, vendor relations, marketing and leasing.
Previous property management experience is required as well as strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
