A position requiring an out-going, service oriented person who possesses strong leasing, customer service, sales and administrative skills. Primary responsibility is the performance of all activities related to apartments, move-ins and lease renewals. The leasing consultant interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy with a focus on converting leads into sales. Handle administrative functions such as clerical and reception responsibilities. Affability, organization, multi-tasking and proficiency in Microsoft Office products are very important.
