A position for performing the general custodial functions required to maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the property. Duties to include but are not limited to cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, general debris removal and handling minor resident concerns. Making apartments lease-ready when vacant, maintaining hallway and general grounds appearance, as well as possible snow removeal and / or lawn care. Reliability and self-management are required.
