12 month lease. $100.00 application fee - $20.00 fee for credit check, $80.00 toward security deposit. $300.00 security deposit. Pet fee - $25.00 cats, $25.00 dog per month, per pet. 1 cat or 1 dog, 2 cats or 1 cat and 1 dog. Breeds to be approved by management.
